From badges to camping to experiencing what it’s like to walk on the moon and even flying in a real plane, Boy Scouts from across the area will be gathering at the Air Zoo to experience all these activities from Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, August 3.
Not only will the fourth annual Boy Scout rally give Scouts of all ages a chance to have fun, but it is also an opportunity for Scouters (boys interested in joining the organization) to get to know more about Boy Scouts by attending with a host troop.
“With such a wide array of activities related to flight, the Air Zoo is the ultimate destination for Scouts wanting to spread their wings,” says Bob Ellis, executive director of the Air Zoo.
