Air Zoo to hold volunteer fair

The Air Zoo is looking to expand its group of volunteers by hosting a volunteer fair May 20 from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Current Air Zoo volunteers and employees will be on-hand to answer questions and provide information about the museum's volunteer program. Application packets will also be available to those interested in becoming a volunteer.

Air Zoo volunteer opportunities include:

• Administrative assistant
• Summer camp assistants
• Discovery station assistants
• Docents
• Retail specialist
• Greeter
• Ground maintenance
• Information desk specialist
• Phone receptionist
• Survey taker

Volunteers receive free admission for themselves and immediate family members, discounts in the Fly Buy museum store, discounts at Kitty Hawk Caf , a monthly newsletter and have monthly meetings.
