Shipping Policy
All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order.

We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). We offer two levels of service for domestic orders: "Ground" (3-10 days) or "Express 2-Day" (2 days). We offer one level of service for international orders: "Ground" (10-14 days). These lead times are estimates only and may vary based on prevailing conditions (e.g. weather, carrier problems, etc.).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available only with the "Ground" level of service (but are charged at the "Express 2-Day" pricing).

Returns
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
