  • The Baby Bullet was a homebuilt aircraft kit created by the Heath Airplane Co.
  • This type of plane was used in various air races and air fairs throughout the U.S. and Canada during the Golden Age of Aviation. Hundreds of kits were sold; however, many were not completed.
  • This is currently the only registered Baby Bullet under the Federal Aviation Administration.
  • This Baby Bullet was originally built in 1933 by aviation enthusiast and machinist Perry D. Hansen, from Lansing. After Hansen finished building the plane, he raced it for several years. After World War II, he sold the plane and it was extensively modified by others into its current Goodyear racer appearance.
