Open Cockpits at the Air Zoo
Typically, February marks and exciting month for the Air Zoo and its community with the annual Open Cockpits event, which allows guests to get up close and personal with some of their most beloved aircraft. Historical Society of Michigan recognizes volunteer Don Sanborn with 2019 State History Award
We are excited to announce that long time Air Zoo volunteer and docent, Donald Sanborn, will be honored Friday, September 27, 2019, at the State History Awards Banquet in Ludington, MI. Don will be receiving the Distinguished Volunteer Service Award, presented by the Historical Society of Michigan as part of the 2019 Michigan History Conference.
