Visits - Photos and/or video captured during your visit to the Air Zoo may be used by the Air Zoo for any and all promotional purposes.
On-site and virtual programs - When registering your child for certain Air Zoo programs, including but not limited to Education@Home, scouting programs and seasonal camps, you will be required to acknowledge that your child's image or likeness may be used in promotional and communication materials by the Air Zoo with program registration.

https://16021.blackbaudhosting.com is the ticketing portal for the Air Zoo's admission, membership purchases and renewals, as well as camp registrations and event ticketing. If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information or material that you request. The Air Zoo will make every attempt to keep your child's virtual classroom safe. Program registrants will receive email correspondence prior to their child's programs containing password protected links and all participants will remain in a digital waiting room until verified for attendance the day of the program. Virtual classrooms will also be monitored and assisted by a second educator for added safety and digital support.
Outside food is not allowed at the Flight Innovation Center (FIC); drinks are permitted. The Kitty Hawk Cafe is open for meal, beverage, and snack purchases between 11am (noon on Sundays) and 4pm. Outside food can be enjoyed at any of the picnic tables located to the south of the Air Zoo's lobby exit, or at the picnic pavilion, located along the path, between buildings.

Birthday parties must be booked in advance. Gifts, cake, etc. are not authorized in the Air Zoo without a booking, but you're welcome to celebrate at our picnic pavilion if it is available.
Service dogs are welcome! The Air Zoo follows the U.S. Department of Justice’s ADA requirements for service dogs. Dogs must be trained to provide assistance to a person with a disability. Emotional support animals are prohibited inside Air Zoo facilities, but are welcome in our outdoor spaces.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of on-site camp start dates will receive a refund at the discretion of the Air Zoo. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the start of virtual camps are not eligible for a refund, and the materials kit is yours to keep.
Program participants must follow instructions at ALL TIMES as given by assigned staff. They must also stay with their assigned groups and chaperones at all times.
Program participants must be respectful of others – NO name calling, teasing, or disrespect of others. Participants must also respect the Air Zoo buildings, objects, and environment at all times.
Closed-toed shoes and socks must be worn for the safety of your child. Failure to have proper footwear may result in child’s inability to participate in certain activities.

Air Zoo's COVID Safety Policy:
• We encourage all staff, volunteers, members, and guests, ages 2 and up, to wear masks.
• CLASSROOM/CAMP MASK STATUS: Masks are not required at this time but are encouraged for those who feel comfortable wearing one.
